During the event, spectators are asked to enter using the Spectator Entrance .
SPECTATOR SHUTTLES
Parking will not be available at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre during competition days (accessible parking will be available for those with accessibility needs). The Milton Sports Centre (parking map here) will be the primary parking for spectators attending the event and a complimentary shuttle service will be offered to and from the velodrome.
To the Velodrome: Shuttles will leave the Milton Sports centre every 10-15 minutes with the first shuttle leaving 15 minutes before the doors open and continuing until 45 minutes after the session begins. They will then run every 30 minutes.
To Milton Sports Centre: Shuttles will leave the Velodrome every 10-15 minutes beginning 1 hour before the session ends. One shuttle will be available during the session departing approximately every 30 minutes.
BY public transportation
To plan your trip to Milton from Union Station in Toronto, you have 2 options:
By Train: From Union Train Station, take the Lakeshore West line until Bronte Go Train Station in Oakville. Take an Uber or taxi from Bronte directly to 2015 Pan Am Boulevard, Milton (20 minute ride)
By Bus: From Union Station Bus Terminal, take the Milton Go Bus line to Milton Go. Take an Uber or taxi from the bus terminal to 2015 Pan Am Boulevard, Milton (14 minute ride)
BY BIKE
Bike racks will be available at the Spectator Entrance for those who wish to cycle to the event. Bikes will not be monitored. Please use at your own risk.
KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
THE VELODROME WILL BE WARM
For competition purposes, the velodrome must be maintained at a constant temperature of approximately 25 degrees Celsius and at least 30% humidity. Dress accordingly and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
CONCESSIONS & EXPO
The Fix will be running the concession stands for spectators during the event, with various healthy food and drink options available. Other great kiosks and expos include: Cycling Canada merchandise, HopOn, Ontario Cycling, The Fix, Steam Whistle Brewery, Gruppo Nutrition, Polar Joe, Louis Garneau, Rockwool and Ontario by Bike. Debit and credit will be accepted forms of payment.
